Broken Clocks

We often forget that God frequently uses the bad guys in the Bible to speak truth and accomplish His purposed. In His divine sovereignty, God has complete control over everything, even those who would oppose Him. When the Jewish High Priest and the Roman governor sentenced Jesus to death, the demons shrieked with delight. Little did they know that this death sentence was really their own.

Knowledge does not always lead to Truth

Knowledge changes, God’s truths are eternal

• He came in REAL time: Galatians 4:4
• His death was a reality BEFORE time: Revelation 13:8
• His death has ONGOING implications: Hebrews 9:27-28

The difference between Jesus' death being an isolated event and an ongoing reality is the resurrection. (1 Corinthians 15:14-19)
